The role holder is responsible for directing the project management functions within DHCA. The position oversees the implementation of Dubai Healthcare City Authority's (DHCA) mission and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing the DHCC master plan, directing operations for high performance, developing workforce strategies, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. It also involves budget formulation, project oversight, compliance, and ensuring quality standards in development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Years of Experience:

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in large-scale real estate or infrastructure development, with at least 7 years in a leadership/director-level role
